Setting the stage for success
Through extensive research, findings indicated significant gaps in our consumers shopping, service and repair journeys. These gaps appeared throughout most interactive touchpoints in the organization, in-store and online along with enterprise systems. A dire need for synergistic cohesion was needed. In order to provide the high level of excellence while maintaining that status-quo of being the Best, these gaps must be alleviated.
